Although my main focus is hotels and properties, I’ve also partnered with food brands like Dunkin’ for full scale Social Media Management. Working with a fast paced brand like Dunkin’ strengthened my skills in storytelling, engagement and creative strategy which are core skills that translate perfectly to managing socials for hotels and properties.
In just one month, Instagram engagement rates increased by 71%. We also launched a new TikTok strategy that led to a 76% increase in views and a 30% rise in engagement. Additionally by listening to community feedback, Dunkin’ launched a new product that not only achieved over 1.5M organic reach on Facebook but also sold out in store within hours.
Dunkin’ serves delicious coffee and donuts across the UK, but their social media wasn’t connecting with a younger audience, especially Gen Z. The brand relied heavily on static graphics and wasn’t leveraging video or carousel content to engage followers.
I took over Dunkin’s organic social media across Instagram, TikTok and Facebook, building bespoke strategies for each platform. I also hired and managed a team of three, including a content creator, photographer and virtual assistant, ensuring content was engaging and on brand. We focused on scroll stopping content that featured employees and highlighted products our community loved, all guided by data.
